I have been coaching since 2012. I have led nutrition teams, worked with executives, athletes, and high performers, and spent years studying what actually produces lasting change in a body.

I have also been the person who pushed until everything broke down. No energy. Nothing left for my daughter. Clients dropping. Body refusing to cooperate no matter how hard I worked. I came back from that by learning to listen instead of push.

What I know now: real transformation starts beneath the surface. The body is not the problem. It is communicating something. Every plateau, every craving, every exhausted workout is a message, and when you learn to read it instead of override it, everything shifts.

That is the foundation of how I coach. Training your body can actually use. Nutrition that nourishes instead of depletes. The psychological and nervous system work that determines whether change sticks or evaporates in three months. And always, the bigger question underneath: what do you actually want your life to feel like?

Because what is the point of a body transformation if it does not also change the way you live?

This is fully personalized, high-touch coaching where I am in your corner on every piece — your training, nutrition, recovery, and the psychological work underneath it all. My 1:1 clients are people who are done circling the same territory and want one person who will stay with them through all of it. We meet via video call so I can adjust form and coach you in real time.
