Hi, I’m Tiffany.

I have spent more than fourteen years in the health and fitness space. That sentence does not tell you much on its own. What it does not say is how many of those years I spent learning, sometimes the hard way, that the methods I was trained to use were only half the picture.

I was a near-Olympic gymnast. I went on to break state records in collegiate track before a career-ending injury redirected everything. Those years taught me what a body is capable of, and what it costs when you push it past what it can actually sustain. That lesson took longer to fully absorb than I would like to admit.

The part most coaches skip over

For years, I coached clients while running my own fitness journey into a wall.

I had the credentials. I knew the science. I was leading nutrition programs at LifeTime Fitness, coaching athletes and executives, doing the work I had built my career around. And underneath all of it, I was dieting and binging simultaneously. Pushing through exhaustion. Following a coach who told me to change my attitude instead of listening to what my body was trying to say. Eventually there was nothing left. No energy. No focus. Nothing to give my daughter at the end of the day.

That is when I stopped trying to override my body and started paying attention to it.

Coming back from that breakdown is where my real coaching education began. I started studying not just training and nutrition, but the nervous system, behavior change, and the psychological patterns that keep capable people stuck. I wanted to understand why discipline alone was not enough. Why some of the highest-achieving people I worked with could not figure out why their body refused to cooperate with their plan.

I found that answer. And it changed how I coach everything.

Who I have worked with

Over the course of my career I have had the chance to work with Olympic athletes, Military Special Operations professionals, and CEOs of multimillion-dollar companies. Their fitness goals looked different on paper. The underlying pattern was the same: high performance on the outside, disconnection from the body underneath.

Effort was not their problem. It rarely is for people like that. What they needed was a system that accounted for the full human being, not just the part that shows up to perform.

That is what I build.

How I am trained

My certifications include NASM Certified Personal Trainer, NASM Behavior Change Specialist, NASM Weight Loss Specialist, NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Precision Nutrition Level 1. I have spent three years studying nervous system regulation with Apex Academy and completed HeartCore Leadership for mental and emotional mastery.

I am also a published author and speaker.

I did not collect these credentials to fill a bio. I collected them because each one answered a question I could not answer yet. The behavior change work explained what the training science alone could not. The nervous system training explained what the nutrition coaching could not. The mental and emotional mastery work explained what all of it could not.

What you get when you work with me is not a standard wellness fitness program. It is a system built from more than a decade of training, study, and firsthand experience with what actually works for people who already work hard.

What I actually do

I build strength training programs designed around how your body actually moves, not how a template assumes it should. I build nutrition coaching that is practical and sustainable. I work on the nervous system piece that most coaches skip entirely. And I do the mindset and behavior change work, not as an add-on, but as part of the foundation.

There is no punishment mentality here. No intimidation. No grinding through a program designed for someone else. Just clear guidance that is built for you and adjusted as you change.

The clients I work with are not starting their fitness journey from zero. They are accomplished, capable people who have tried the obvious things and cannot figure out why they are still stuck. They do not need more discipline. They need someone who understands that body transformation at this level is internal work as much as it is physical.

When I am not coaching

You will find me hiking in the Colorado Rockies, paddle boarding on whatever lake I can get to, or planning the next adventure with my daughter. That same sense of balance and presence is woven into everything I do inside Tiffany Mercer Training.

This work is not about becoming someone else.

It is about coming home to your strength, your energy, and your ability to live fully in your body.

If you are ready for that, I would like to work with you.
