Two Programs.
Both built around you.
Most workout programs hand you a template and call it personalized. That is not how this works. Every person who works with me gets programming built around their actual body, their history, their life, and where they are trying to go. The difference between the two options below is the level of access, support, and depth, not the quality of attention.
What makes these programs different
There are a lot of coaches offering fitness transformation. Most are selling the same thing in different packaging: a plan, a food guide, and a group chat. What I offer is built on a different premise entirely.
Your body does not stall because you lack discipline. It stalls because something is missing from the picture, whether that is recovery, nervous system regulation, nutrition that actually fits how you live, or the psychological work that determines whether any of this sticks. I coach all of it. That is true in both programs.
What you will not find here is a punishing approach, a summer-body countdown, or a plan designed to make you dependent on tracking forever. What you will find is a personalized workout plan built around your body and a coach who understands that your training, nutrition, and emotional health are connected.
The Collective | $200/month
What it is
The Collective is a group coaching program for high achievers who want serious, personalized support without a 1:1 price tag. You get a personalized workout plan designed specifically for your body, your equipment, your schedule, and your goals. You get nutrition support that treats food as fuel and restoration, not restriction. And you get group coaching calls where real questions get real answers in a room full of people taking this as seriously as you are. Behavior change coaching is built into the program from the start, because the patterns that have kept you stuck are not solved by a better workout plan alone.
This is not a library of workout videos you pick from. This is programming built for you, reviewed as you progress, and adjusted when your body or your life requires it.
Who it is for
The Collective works best for people who are self-directed and committed, who want professional guidance without the intensity of daily 1:1 access. You know how to show up. You want a personalized diet and workout plan that reflects how you actually live, a coach who will notice when something is off, and a community that holds the standard.
What is included
Personalized training programming reviewed and updated regularly. Nutrition coaching grounded in fueling your body well, not restriction. Group coaching calls. Access to the full program framework covering training, recovery, and mindset. Community with other high-performing people doing the same work.
Your fitness goals are the starting point, not the whole picture. When the body, the nutrition, and the psychological layers all get addressed together, the results are not just physical.
Enrollment is open.
Is this the right fit
This is for you if:
You are self-directed. You do not need someone checking in daily to stay on track — you just need the right structure and someone who will notice when something is off. You have shown up for hard things before. You are ready to do it again, but this time with a program that is actually built for how you live.
You want personalized programming without the 1:1 price tag. You know the difference between a real program and a generic one, and you are done paying for the latter.
You work better when other people are doing the same work alongside you. Not competition. Standard. You want to be in a room where the bar is high.
You understand that your training, your nutrition, and what is going on underneath it all are connected. You are not looking for a quick fix. You are looking for something that holds.
This is not the right fit if
You want daily one-on-one access to your coach. The Collective is group coaching. You will be seen and supported, but you will not have Tiffany in your corner on every piece every day. That is what 1:1 is for.
You are looking for a template to follow. Every member of The Collective gets programming built specifically for them, and that requires showing up honestly about where you are and what your body actually needs. If you want something to follow without that layer of personalization, this is not it.
You are not yet ready to look at the full picture. This program addresses training, nutrition, and the psychological and nervous system work underneath it all. If you are only ready to work on one piece right now, that is okay — but this is not the right entry point.
1:1 Coaching | $100/session | Application Only
What it is
This is the most complete version of working with me. Five spots. That number is not marketing language — it is the reality of what high-touch, fully personalized coaching requires to be done right.
My 1:1 clients get a custom training program built entirely around them: their biomechanics, their injury history, their nervous system, their schedule, and the physical and psychological goals they have not always said out loud yet. We meet together over video for workouts and coaching sessions that cover training, nutrition, mindset, and nervous system regulation, all in one place, with one coach who knows your full picture. Nutrition coaching that goes beyond macros. Direct access to me between sessions. And the deeper work, the conversation about what is actually underneath the stall, the identity work, the nervous system piece, that most coaches do not touch.
Who it is for
1:1 coaching is for people who are ready to stop cycling through starts and stops and want one coach who will stay with them through the whole process. You are a high performer in most areas of your life. You understand the value of personalized guidance at this level. You are not looking for someone to hand you a plan and wish you luck.
This is a full-service custom training program. I am in your corner on every piece.
What is included
Fully personalized training and nutrition programming. Live video sessions together for workouts, nutrition coaching, mindset work, and nervous system regulation. Biomechanics and movement assessment. Recovery integration. Frequent check-ins and direct coach access between sessions. Programming that adjusts in real time as your body and life change.
To apply:
Applications are reviewed personally. I take on 1:1 clients when I am confident the fit is right for both of us. The application asks about your history, your goals, and what has and has not worked before. If it looks like a strong fit, I will reach out directly to schedule a conversation.
Is this the right fit
This is for you if
You have tried the programs. You have done the research. You may have even hired a coach before. And you are still in the same place, or close enough to it that the gap is frustrating. You are not someone who lacks discipline or drive. You are someone who needs the full picture addressed at once, by one person who actually knows you.
You want someone in your corner on every piece — not just the training, but the nutrition, the nervous system, the patterns that keep getting in the way. You want a coach who will notice when something shifts before you say anything about it.
You are a high performer in most areas of your life. You know what good coaching looks like. You are not looking for motivation. You are looking for someone who will meet you at your actual level and stay with you through the whole process.
You are ready to be honest. Real progress at this level requires honesty about what has not worked, what you have been afraid to say out loud, and what you actually want your body and your life to feel like. If you are ready for that conversation, this is the right place.
This is not the right fit if
You are looking to test the waters. Five spots means five people I am genuinely committed to. I take on 1:1 clients when I am confident the fit is right for both of us, and I will tell you honestly if I think The Collective is a better starting point for where you are right now.
You want a plan handed to you. My 1:1 clients are collaborative. We build this together based on what your body is actually doing, what your life actually looks like, and what is actually underneath the stall. If you want someone to tell you exactly what to eat and when to train without the deeper conversation, this will feel like more than you signed up for.
You are not ready to slow down. I know that sounds counterintuitive. But if you are coming in expecting to push harder and see faster results through sheer force of effort, we will hit the same wall you have already hit. The work here goes inward before it goes up.
Not sure which is the right fit?
Both programs are built on the same foundation: the understanding that lasting fitness transformation requires more than a training plan. The difference is the level of depth and access.
If you are weighing the two, a good starting question is this: do you want to work within a program built for you, alongside others doing the same work? Or do you need someone in your corner on every piece, every day, for the full picture?
Either way, reach out directly. I will personally respond. If it is a strong fit, we will talk. If it is not, I will tell you honestly and point you toward what is.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
No. Every program is built around what you actually have access to, whether that is a fully equipped gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or whatever fits in a carry-on when you travel. You tell me your setup during onboarding and the programming is built from there. If your access changes, the program adjusts with it.
-
Most clients train three to four days a week for 45 to 60 minutes per session. The exact structure depends on your goals, your schedule, and what your body is ready for at the start. The goal is a training load your life can actually sustain, not one that works only when every week goes perfectly.
-
Yes, and this is often where the work matters most. Injury history and physical limitations are not obstacles to programming around — they are part of what the programming is built for. I need to know your full history before we start, and I will refer you to a medical professional if something is outside the scope of coaching. I do not ignore what your body is telling you, and I do not build programs that do either.
-
For The Collective, you receive personalized programming delivered through the app, attend group coaching calls, and have access to the community between sessions. For 1:1, you and I meet together over video for workouts and coaching sessions, you have direct access to me between sessions, and the programming is reviewed and adjusted on an ongoing basis. Both programs use my custom app to deliver workouts, track progress, and keep communication organized.
-
It will. That is not a problem — it is something the programming accounts for from the start. A program that only works when life is calm is not a real program. When things shift, we adjust. Travel, illness, high-stress periods, family demands — these are not reasons to fall off. They are variables the program is designed to work around.
