1:1 Coaching

Fully personalized. High-touch. Built around you specifically.

Most online personal training programs are a template to follow and a weekly check-in to see if you followed it. 1:1 coaching with Tiffany brings the ultra-personalized experience of working with a trainer in real time to wherever you are, whether that is a gym, your living room, or a hotel in a city you landed in yesterday for work.

For others, the missing piece is not a better template. It is a real person watching you move, adjusting what is not working, and building your program around the specifics that a group model cannot reach. The number of sessions, the frequency, and the scope of your programming are all determined by what you actually need, not a fixed package that may or may not fit your situation. That conversation happens before anything is decided.

Why having someone watch you train changes everything

Most people have trained for years without ever having someone correct what is actually happening in their body. They follow the right exercises and still wonder why things are not connecting the way they should. The answer is usually not effort. It is that no one has been watching.

Your forearm should not hurt during pull-ups. When it does, there is a grip angle or shoulder position that needs adjusting, and once it is corrected, the pain disappears and the movement starts working the way it is supposed to. You should feel your back working during rows, not your traps taking over. When your traps are dominant, the muscle you have been training toward does not show up, and the adjustment is often a small positional cue that makes an immediate difference. If one shoulder sits higher than the other, that imbalance accumulates over time into compensation patterns that eventually cost you months. Catching it early is the work.

Beyond form, your breath and bracing during each movement determine how much your muscles actually contract and how safely you are loading your joints. Cueing that in real time is something a written program cannot do. And on the days when your stress load, your sleep, or your recovery is telling a different story than your schedule, that gets factored in rather than ignored. Your nervous system gets a vote, and a good coach knows how to read it.

The difference between following a program and being coached is that distinction, felt in the body, in session after session.

What the process looks like from the beginning

Step one is your application. The application is how Tiffany gets the real picture before the first conversation. It covers your goals, your history, what you have already tried, and what you are genuinely ready to commit to. Honest answers make for a better fit and a better program.

Submit your application here.

Step two is a real conversation. If your application looks like a strong fit, Tiffany will reach out personally to schedule a call. This is not a sales call. It is a no-pressure conversation where you and Tiffany talk through where you are, what you are working toward, and whether this is the right approach for your situation right now. Together you will determine the session frequency, the scope of programming, and whether workouts, nutrition, mindset coaching, or a combination of all three is the right starting point. If Tiffany does not think the fit is there, she will tell you that directly and point you toward something that is.

Step three is getting started. If you decide to move forward, Tiffany will send you the link and any initial paperwork. Simple and direct.

Step four is your program design. Within two to three business days your personalized program will be ready in the app. Your workouts, nutrition framework, and any relevant mindset components are designed as a connected system, not separate pieces that happen to live in the same place.

What your sessions and weekly experience look like

Your sessions with Tiffany happen live over video at the schedule you agreed on together. Each session is where the writing on paper becomes specific to your body. Tiffany will teach you how to perform each movement for your biomechanics, not the generic version but the version that actually works for how you are built. She adjusts form in real time, cues what to notice, and builds your awareness of how each movement should feel so you carry that with you between sessions. As you progress she teaches the next variation or load, so the program grows with your capacity rather than staying static.

Over time you develop something most people never build from written programs alone: genuine confidence in your own movement. You learn when to stop and when to press through, what discomfort is productive and what is a signal worth paying attention to. That kind of body literacy stays with you.

Between sessions you submit weekly progress updates. These are what allow Tiffany to keep your program efficient and appropriately challenging as you move forward. If something is working, she can build on it. If something is off, she can see it before it becomes a problem.

Your nutrition programming is built into the app alongside your training. You track meals there and access your guidance in the same place as your workouts. During sessions, Tiffany will also work through perspective shifts and practical approaches around food when relevant, reducing the friction most people carry into their eating habits without making food the focus of every conversation.

As a 1:1 client you have priority scheduling. Your sessions are booked around your life, and you are not competing for availability.

Is this the right fit for you?

1:1 coaching is for people who are done trying to figure this out on their own and want one person fully invested in their specific situation. It is the right fit if you want live coaching on your movement rather than following videos independently, if you want direct access to Tiffany between sessions when something comes up, or if your history, goals, or schedule require more individual attention than a group program can provide.

The commitment is real on both sides. Tiffany keeps her 1:1 roster limited specifically so she can give each client the attention this program is built on.
