What happens from the moment you enroll

The first step belongs to you, and it happens right away. Once you enroll you will schedule your consultation with Tiffany directly. This is not a formality or an intake form you fill out and never hear back about. It is where the program actually begins.

During that consultation Tiffany will walk through your training history, your injury history if relevant, your goals, your nutrition patterns, and what your day-to-day life actually looks like. Not what it looks like on a good week. What it looks like when things are normal and imperfect and real. That conversation is what makes everything that follows specific to you rather than borrowed from someone else's program.

Within two to three business days of your consultation your program will be ready in the app. From there, here is what your experience looks like week to week.

Your workouts, your nutrition, and your community

Your workouts are on your dashboard waiting for you. Every session is scheduled in the Trainerize app with written instructions and video demonstrations for each movement. You know exactly what to do, why you are doing it, and how to perform it correctly. No searching for demos, no guessing whether you are doing the right thing for your body, no generic workout pulled from somewhere online.

Your nutrition programming lives in the same place as your training. You track meals directly in the app and access your guidance there alongside your workouts. The nutrition and training are designed to support each other because they do, and treating them as separate programs is one of the reasons most approaches stall.

Every Wednesday at 8am MST there is a group coaching call. This is where the teaching happens. Tiffany covers the topic for that week, works through what is relevant to where the group is in their programming, and opens it up for live Q&A. If a question has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is where it gets answered directly. Calls are recorded if you cannot make it live.

Once a week you submit a progress update. This is what allows Tiffany to monitor how your body is responding and adjust the program as you progress. If the training is too easy, she can see it. If something is off, she catches it before it becomes a pattern. Consistency in your updates is what keeps the program efficient and pointed in the right direction.

You are part of a community board where members ask questions, share wins, and keep each other moving. Tiffany is present there personally. Questions posted to the board get answered by Tiffany, not an assistant, not a bot, not a pinned FAQ. The community is made up of people working at the same level of intention you are. That context matters more than most people expect it to.

As your needs grow you can add 1:1 sessions. The Collective is the foundation. If there comes a point where you want dedicated one-on-one time with Tiffany, whether to work through a specific challenge, go deeper on technique, or accelerate progress in a particular area, individual sessions are available to purchase as an add-on.

Is this the right fit for you?

The Collective works best for people who are self-directed enough to follow a program between calls and show up for their weekly updates consistently. You do not need to be experienced. You do not need to have everything figured out before you start. You need to be genuinely ready to follow through on the program that gets built for you.

A plan that requires perfect weeks will not survive your real life, and this one is not built that way. It is built to be repeated week after week in the actual conditions of your schedule, your energy, and your life.
